Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens! To provide the best service for all our clients, I kindly ask that:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Communication is key — if anything comes up, please reach out as soon as possible so we can adjust your appointment.
